Prehistoric and predynastic archeology
My first experiences in archeology were Neolithic excavations (Chenet-les-Pierres in Savoie). Since then, I have continued to work on periods of recent prehistory, in France and in Egypt.

Preventive archeology
Since 2006, I have multiplied my experiences with operators private and public of preventive archeology.
I started as a technician, today I work as a qualified technician, area manager or assistant manager.
The world of prevention brought me rigor and speed of execution. It also allowed me to excavate very diverse structures and facilities, from the Neolithic to modern periods, housing, crafts, burials...
Archeology of the deserts
Between 2009 and 2012, I participated in a prospecting program south of the Kharga oasis. Prospecting was sometimes followed by the excavation of " site de surface ". This context always arouses my curiosity, because specific problems develop there, of environmental modifications, land use, water resources...

funerary archeology
As part of my university work, and this since my master's degree, I approach the theme of funerary archeology (without anthropobiology). More specifically, I study predynastic funeral rituals by combining quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Archeology of mud brick architecture
Over the past ten years, work at Tell el-Iswid (Egypt) has led me to excavate and study adobe architecture. More recently, the responsibilities on the medieval site of Lavaur (Tarn) also allowed me to approach cob and adobe architectures.
The Transdisciplinary Exchanges on raw earth constructions which take place periodically in Montpellier, allowed me to meet specialists and keep me informed on the news of this research.
